BERLIN STREET FOOD VENDORS - TOP 5 - AWESOME BERLIN

BERLIN STREET FOOD VENDORS – TOP 5

This list is updated/revised regularly so keep checking back

Berlin Street Food. In the past couple of years Berlin has significantly upped its game. Street Food Thursday, Bite Club, Village Market/Neue Heimat, Burgers and Hip Hop . These are some of the more established and ongoing representatives of this yummy trend.  The city is also host to great traditional street food events. Try visiting the Thai Park and the Turkish Market (both totally worth checking out).berlin street food breakfast market

One of the things we like about the Berlin street food community is that it is absolutely laid back and non pretentious. In some parts of the globe food truck/street food events have, to a certain extent, gotten “standardised” and “glamourised”.

In Berlin one still feels an authentic connection to the food vendors. Some are struggling to open their own restaurants/pop ups, some already have their established restaurants, some are simply passionate about having their stand/truck. Most of them are having a lot of fun in the process. We just love the environment and the energy. Always.berlin street food neue heimat village market

We decided to come up with a short list (top 5) of our favourite street food vendors. That should serve as a reference to the people that, like us, share a passion for this slice of the contemporary food culture.
