Cocolo Authentic Japanese Ramen Noodles

Hands down the best ramen (noodle soup dish) in town. Cocolo Authentic Japanese Ramen has two locations. The original location in Mitte is tiny and very atmospheric. The entrance is not clearly market so look for the neon lights saying “Next to…”. They are located next to Kuchi, a fun and casual Japanese retaurant we also love.

FIVE ELEPHANT COFFEE BAR

We are huge fans of FIVE ELEPHANT. It is tucked away in a quiet leafy street in cool Kreuzberg between Görlizter Park and the Landwehrkanal. Not only because it is located in a little oasis but also because they serve excellent coffee (which is roasted on the premises).
